La casquette :
Le premier critère c'est de courir en se sentant bien, alors si tu te sens bien avec ta casquette ne cherche pas plus loin. Ça me permet de ne pas avoir mes cheveux dans les yeux, sous la pluie ça protège, les lunettes ça protège du soleil dans les côtes, ça m'empêche de voir le sommet si loin et de stresser dans la foule à l'arrivée : ça m'empêche d'être reconnue (ha ha ha). Quand il fait chaud : mouillée ça rafraîchit, il fait froid : si elle descend assez bas, ça protège les oreilles.
En ville : je passe pour une rebelle devant les caméras (joke !).
Donc : vive la caquette !
Cap:

Je ferais quelques ajustements sur ton texte d'anglais.
Cap : The first criterion is to feel good when you run. So, if you feel happy with your cap, don't go any further. It helps to protect my eyes from my hair, it protects me when it rains. If you wear sunglasses, it protects you from the sun . When I'm in the coasts, I can't see the summit very far. Then, I begin to stress in the crowd upon arrival. This way, no one can notice me. (ha ha ha)
When it's hot : wet, it refreshes and when it's cold : it goes deeper so that my ears can be protected. In town : I feel as a rebel in front of the cameras. (Joke !)
So, long live the cap !
