pour les 2 premières phrases au début de l'exo, peut-être faut-il les mettre à la voix passive ...

3-We set the table  > The table was ou is set (by us) preterit ou present  = to set/set/ set

4-I had worn Blue shoes. > Blue shoes had been worn by me.

5-They were collecting some parcels > Some parcels were being collected (by them)  preterit be+ ING (continuous)

Pour conjuguer correctement, il faut se servir de "be" à la voix passive, et le conjuguer au même temps que le verbe de la voix active (regarde j'ai souligné les équivalences entre VA et VP) puis on ajoute le participe passé.....
