a =(3x+5)(x-1)+(x-1)

= (x-1) ( 3x+5+1)

= (x-1) ( 3x+6)

b = (3x+5)(2x-7) + 4x² - 49

                                IR

=  (3x+5)(2x-7) +(2x-7) (2x+7)

= (2x-7) ( 3x+5 +2x+7)

= (2x-7) ( 5x+12)
